We live in a world where we are now constantly connected to some type of an electronic device.
As I'm creating this blog post, I am dictating it to my computer. My computer is listening to my voice and typing on the screen, Amazing! Before I started writing/dictating this blog post I was texting a client. Then earlier in the day I IM'ed a potential client on Social Media. That was right before I texted an inspector.
If someone were to read this post 20 years ago they wouldn't know what I was talking about.
We have so many ways to be connected, Yet we are more disconnected than ever before. The art of conversation is all but lost. We are now relegated to text messages less than 180 characters, quick emails, emoticons, et cetera.
In real estate, I have found that amazing things can happen when you actually start a conversation with a buyer or a seller, and then simply listen. I know it's a scary thought these days to actually have a conversation with another person, but why not try to live on the edge little bit. If you're interested in exercising your communication muscle, give me a call at 253- 310-1239. Lets have a real estate related conversation, it'll be fun!
Talk soon,
Steve
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your family. Even if you are just starting to think about next steps with a home, either buying or selling, I am happy to talk about your plans, hope....
